Responsibilities to the Traveller

As with any outdoor adventure tour, there are inherent risks and hazards. Your tour guide will work diligently to ensure the safety and welfare of the group. It is essential that you follow the directions of your tour guide. However, you are responsible for your own actions and personal safety. We reserve the right to remove any participant displaying improper behavior or endangering the safety of the group, with no entitlement to a refund or compensation.

Any medical conditions or dietary concerns must be disclosed at the time of booking. We cannot be held responsible for circumstances or issues that could have been avoided with proper notice of these important details.

Our Responsibilities to the Traveller

Our responsibility to you, the traveller, begins when you meet your tour guide in Ulaanbaatar and ends upon your departure. We do not assume responsibility for late arrivals or failure to arrive at the designated meeting place and time. Additionally, we cannot be held accountable for events beyond our control, such as terrorist attacks, political unrest, natural disasters, or airline/train delays or cancellations.
